Payment terms are negotiable and depend on order size and buyer profile:
Standard: 100% prepayment or LC (Letter of Credit)
Large Orders: 50% advance + 50% on BL copy
Established Customers: Net 30 (negotiable)

5–20 tonnes: Base pricing
50–100 tonnes: 5–8% discount
500+ tonnes: 10–15% discount

Yes. We source custom NPK grades and micronutrient mixes. Minimum order typically 5 tonnes. Share your soil analysis or crop requirements, and we'll find the ideal formulation.
Quality is guaranteed. If a shipment fails lab testing or doesn't meet agreed specs, we arrange replacement or credit within 5–10 days. All shipments include quality test reports.
